There is no recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel: you pay once and your plan ends on its own after 30 days (90 days for the full package). We do not store your card and nothing is charged afterwards.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your plan activating, provided you have not used a substantial part of its content — more than 20% of the track's questions or a full timed mock.
After that window, or once a substantial part of the content has been used, the payment is not refundable.
Once approved, the amount is returned via the original payment method within 7 business days.
