Is the content original, or copied from real exams?
100% original. Every question is written by us — we never reproduce real IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge or Qiyas items. You practise the same skills and formats with fresh material.
Does it renew automatically? Do I need to cancel?
It does not renew automatically, and there is nothing to cancel. Each activation gives you 31 days; we don't store your card and nothing is charged afterwards. When the period ends you return to the free plan — buy a new activation only if you want to continue.
Which payment methods do you accept?
mada, Visa and Mastercard through the secure Saudi StreamPay gateway. Prices: 39 SAR/month for one track, 59 for a two-track bundle, 99 for the full package — we send your activation code manually once we see the payment, within one business day. If it hasn't arrived, contact support and we'll activate your account.
Is the free plan enough to get started?
Yes. The placement test, one intro lesson per track, the full question banks, the listening lab, and the daily challenge are all free. Paid plans (from 39 SAR) unlock the rest of the lessons, full practice tests, timed Qiyas & Tahsili mock exams with performance reports, the unlimited AI tutor, the question generator, and writing & speaking grading.
Will it actually help me reach my target score?
That's the whole design: an adaptive plan, a daily challenge, mistakes review and instant AI feedback — all aimed at closing the gap between your current level and your target. But the score depends on your own work: we don't guarantee a result — and nobody honestly can.
Do I need to install an app?
No — it runs straight in your browser, with an Arabic study interface. You can add it to your phone home screen to use it like an app. (The AI tutor and the exams need an internet connection.)

There is no recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel: each activation gives you 31 days and then ends on its own. We do not store your card and nothing is charged afterwards.
You can request a full refund within 3 days of activating your code, provided you have not used a substantial part of the plan’s content.
After those 3 days, or once a substantial part of the content has been used, the payment is not refundable.
Once approved, the amount is returned via the original payment method within 7 business days.
