📜 Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-22
1. Acceptance & Definitions
By using the Tafawwuq platform (the “Platform”, the “Service”) or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is operated by an independent developer registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development of Saudi Arabia under Freelancing Certificate No. FL-166641536 (Websites Programming and Development).
2. Nature of the Service: An AI Training Tool
The Platform is an AI-powered educational training tool and exam-simulation assistant. It offers lessons, question banks, timed mock exams, automated essay and speaking evaluation, and interactive training conversations. The Platform is NOT an official or accredited testing body, does not administer proctored examinations, and does not award any officially recognized scores.
Everything the Platform provides — placement tests, estimated scores and evaluations — exists for practice and self-assessment purposes only.
3. No Certification & No Affiliation
The Platform does not issue accredited certificates or official documents of any kind. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any official examination body, including without limitation ETS (operator of TOEFL), the British Council, IDP and Cambridge (operators of IELTS), or the Education & Training Evaluation Commission “Qiyas” (operator of the GAT/Qudrat and Tahsili exams) in Saudi Arabia.
All exam names and trademarks mentioned on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive, educational purposes only. All questions on the Platform are original works and do not reproduce real exam items.
4. No Guarantee of Official Results
AI-generated scores, estimates and feedback — including Band estimates, Qudrat/Tahsili score estimates, and writing or speaking evaluations — are purely training estimations for practice and progress-tracking. The Platform makes no guarantee, express or implied, that you will achieve the same or similar scores on official examinations.
Official scoring is performed by the official bodies and human examiners under their own criteria, and may differ materially from the AI evaluation on this Platform.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for verifying your own readiness for any official exam, for studying the official materials and guides published by the examination bodies, and for cross-checking facts, rules and information before relying on them. You acknowledge that AI models can occasionally produce inaccurate or fabricated information (known as “hallucinations”), and that any important information should be verified against a trusted source.
Decisions about registering for official exams, their timing and their fees are yours alone.
6. Accounts, Plans & Payment
Accessing the study materials requires an account with a valid email address that you own. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. One account per person.
Paid plans: one track at 39 SAR/month, a two-track bundle at 59, and the full package at 99. Each activation grants 31 days with no auto-renewal — we never charge recurring amounts. Payment is processed by an external payment gateway and access is activated by a code sent to you after payment. For payment issues or refund requests, contact support and we will handle your case fairly under applicable law.
Abuse of the Platform is prohibited, including account or code sharing, attempting to bypass usage limits, automated scraping of content, reverse engineering, or reselling content or services.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform content — lessons, questions, explanations, guides, audio recordings, interfaces and software — is owned by or licensed to the Platform and protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Platform nor its developers or operators shall be liable for: (a) failure or lower-than-expected scores in any official examination; (b) any financial losses, including exam registration fees; (c) technical glitches, service interruptions, or partial or total unavailability of AI models; (d) any variance between AI feedback and human examiner scoring or official results; (e) any indirect, consequential or special damages, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
In all cases, the Platform’s total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid to the Platform during the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms, or the Platform’s features and plans, from time to time, publishing the updated version on this page with its date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall first be addressed amicably through support; otherwise the competent courts of the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction.
